  1. Natural herbs from Dr Madida are healthy to treat and cure herpes virus  as it worked for me. Am so happy and grateful to Dr Madida for his help in curing me of my herpes virus.

  2. Thank you so much for showing how to slice with the food processor, I have one but I never use the slicer because I'm scared of slicing my finger instead and I never knew that was what you used the extra plastic thing for!

  3. These are fantastic tips!! Having different elements to play with, instead of the exact same meal every day is such an awesome idea. I am going to get to planning asap!!

  4. These a great solutions for busy people. If you have even an extra 10 minutes the food is more nutrient dense if it is not prepped days in advance.

  5. I just KNEW you would have an edgy take on this topic…so glad I asked! 3 bases + 3 proteins + 3 greens + 3-4 veggies (1/2 roasted). + 3-4 sauces/dressings/dips = a TON of diverty flavorful, textural options for meals all week that promise not to be monotone. Yippeee!

  6. I back away from a :protein" protein us in broccoli, most veg, whole grains and yes legumes lentil and rice! Sure you can focus on protein. Pumpkin seeds higher in protein than tofu! Its more balanced meal if cooking for health reasons. If only for taste…its balance of taste, flavors, textures and mouth feel!

  7. I’m the only vegan in my house so I tend to make 2 proteins and 2 carbs and 2 veggies and then mix and match through out the week. It saves me time and money. I tend to have the same 2 breakfasts all the time and just have those ingredients all the time.

  8. i never really meal prep per se, but i really like preparing vegetables for example and put them chopped up in the freezer. it's so easy to use it in soups or pasta/rice dishes. it saves so much time.
it's also great if i buy some vegetables on sale and i can't finish them on time, i just freeze them 🙂
basically, use your freezer if you have one.

  9. Imagine NOT thinking about food all day long, NOT having to “meal prep”, NOT being hungry 2 hours after you ate, NOT having your teeth fall apart, NOT developing infertility, NOT being moody and irritated all the time! ….just eat some meat and dairy….problem solved! Lol

  10. Great tips! On the point about washing and chopping veggies right away I'm of the exact opposite opinion though lol. I like to keep them dry and spread out in the fridge and then wash and chop only the amount I need as I use them throughout the week. If you wash and chop first I've found the excess water can easily turn greens into sludge in just a day or two. And if you chop early you destroy the natural protection most veggies with their full integrity have against spoilage. BUT I get why you do it the way you do. If you chop with a food processor it's easier to do it all at once. I chop with a knife (I've gotten pretty efficient at it since I've been doing it for years) and that's way easier to clean after use. And because I use a knife I intentionally use bigger chops of veggies to keep the work small. Great video though!

  11. I dated a vegan chick once who said she didn't eat meat 🤔 but when we took the next step in our relationship and did the cross leged twist 4play occurred that was the moment my vegan girlfriend stated eating meat again….

  12. Another good tip my nan uses for her meat, put the date on your containers for when it went in the fridge! That way you know how long its been there. If you have say 2 containers of carrots you know one might be going off soon
