  1. Great recipe but for me, bring on the heat. As a dedicated chili-head, I'm all about the heat. If it doesn't sear your nose hairs, it's for little old ladies and children. I added 1 scorpion pepper, which as I found out, was hotter than hell. Even for me, it was out there but it worked with the recipe. I think next time, I'll try it with a habanero. Incidentally, the Texas Salt Company sells the best salt I've ever purchased. They have a smoky scorpion salt that is da bomb on grilled burgers. Give it a go.☠

  2. Chef Billy, I have an extremely picky eater that is 9 year old and obsessed with pasta. He will eat it plain. I love your fresh egg pasta so much, by chance, do you have a pasta recipe that incorporates cauliflower or spinach? Something to add some vitamins in it but still taste awesome?
