  1. First time making brownies was using this recipe 7 years ago. 7 years later and still using the same recipe. (Also 7 years later and still love the presenters energy!)

My fav add ons are some chopped hazelnuts and just a tablespoon of Nutella just swished through before baking.

  2. I make these every year for Eid I make 4 batches for family and friends. BUT the rimes are waaaay off. 45mins reaukts in hard ceiapy cake. 180°c for 12 mins is for a more cakey fudgy brownie and 10m8ns is perfect for more fudgy. I learnt the hard qay and wasted over £20 worth of ingredients and 45mins rhe ly smelt overdone almost burnt. Not sure what oven they use in the video or if the temps are actually 180°f???? But it is wrong times 1000%

  3. Is it better to use double boiler to melt the chocolate first, and then combine it with melted butter?

Or maybe just use softened butter and melt the chocolate together in double boiler

Does this make a difference in taste and texture because the chocolate doesn’t “break” due to high heat?

  4. I can't believe this brownie recipe has never been replaced since the first time I've made it almost five years ago, and now, I'm watching it again for my near-approaching 18th birthday! And for that, I will always be grateful of Tasty for sharing this well-thought recipe 😓🤍

  5. Americans in these comments telling us to use cups measurement is the same like telling us to just eyeball the measurement. For y’all saying why don’t just convert it, cups measurement (converted or not) is not as accurate as metric system! Imagine cooking something else that needs exact measurement 🥴
