  1. Man, I just messed this up big time. Put too much dough in the largest pan I had and the crust is two inches thick which totally overwhelmed the toppings. Not the chefโ€™s problem, the chef is great. I just messed it up and wasted time and money. Pretty much gonna stay with cooking breakfast

  2. We Americans love our cheesy pizza. But, my grandma from "Syracusa, Sicilia" (she always reminded us that she was Sicilian, not Italian lol), NEVER EVER put mozzarella on her Sicilian pizza. It was SO good, even though today I DO add mozzarella on occasion (sorry, Gram lol). Love this!

    Do you have a good califlower crust pizza recipe.
    I've tried and tried…my experiments are good but I want the thin Crip crust.
    Chicago style can get away with a little sog, but I just can't get dough thin enough to make it crisp.

    is mouth-watering delicious! I'm salivating just watching you while you make it! My husband & I love Italian foods! Italian Pizza is one of his favorites & he will soon be home from the hospital about a severe bout with pneumonia….I'll give him a couple of days & then surprise him with this to celebrate his being home again. I enjoy your story about your grandmother. my italian grandmother made sheet pan pizza too, thin and crispy, stretched the dough patched any holes w little pieces of dough pulled from the edge, every friday night, a lot of people to feed. wish I had it now.

  6. Billy I would use this dough for focaccia, with a lot more olive oil, but I would say is focaccia dough too… is that correct? I loved this recipe. Could you make a focaccia video pls? I'm obsessed with tomato focaccia right now, I make it with the tomatoes from my own garden. Great channel Thanks!!
