Man, I just messed this up big time. Put too much dough in the largest pan I had and the crust is two inches thick which totally overwhelmed the toppings. Not the chefโs problem, the chef is great. I just messed it up and wasted time and money. Pretty much gonna stay with cooking breakfast

We Americans love our cheesy pizza. But, my grandma from "Syracusa, Sicilia" (she always reminded us that she was Sicilian, not Italian lol), NEVER EVER put mozzarella on her Sicilian pizza. It was SO good, even though today I DO add mozzarella on occasion (sorry, Gram lol). Love this!
Always sautee ur mushrooms if you gonna add it as a topping otherwise it just tastes bland

Chicago style can get away with a little sog, but I just can't get dough thin enough to make it crisp.
