The recipe for the chicken my mom used to make for us is exactly the same other than sesame oil instead of seeds and of course the pears.
This is my first time making bulgogi but I’m excited since I don’t get to cook too often

turned out unflavored and overcooked. You can tell this is unauthentic because they only marinate for 30 minutes when you're typically supposed to let it marinate overnight. I was so sad about how this recipe turned out.
What type of pear should be used?
