  1. You don’t need to blend in spring onions. They’re expensive. So cut them on the bias and throw them in right before you finish cooking the beef.

    The recipe for the chicken my mom used to make for us is exactly the same other than sesame oil instead of seeds and of course the pears.

    This is my first time making bulgogi but I’m excited since I don’t get to cook too often

  3. turned out unflavored and overcooked. You can tell this is unauthentic because they only marinate for 30 minutes when you're typically supposed to let it marinate overnight. I was so sad about how this recipe turned out.

  4. Thank you so much for sharing! This tasted great! If I could slice the ribeye thinner would be better but thicker cut was okay as well. Taste was amazing and simple!
