  1. While soy may not be unhealthy, it does get put into alot of unhealthy porcessed foods such as processed meats and cerials which arent a omg dont eat that food but lets not lue and say its healthy. Although it also gets put into stuff like tofu that wont really effect you negatively, unless your me ofc. Im allergic to it so stuff like chicken stock, certain peanut butter, and basically every japanese dish put there effects me

  2. East Asians have the longest lifespan and they eat miso and natto. Natto fermented soybeans actually have good microbacteria. It's a superfood. Miso soup fermented soy bean paste actually absorbs radiation. But you have to balance the salt out with high potassium citrus foods like lemon water.

  3. Not buying it, the source alone being soy bean is aweful (maybe the most heaviest yet cheapest farmed food on the planet), how could processing that further be healthy? Scrap those studies (as parties paid for them to be conducted).

  4. I’m Chinese and Chinese people have been eating tofu and drinking soy milk for centuries with none of the “problems” that are claimed today. This ridiculousness needs to stop. The other day I had a friend tell me they don’t eat rice because it makes you fat. I just can’t 😂 I give up.

  5. I'm not vegetarian/vegan or lactose intolerant, I just really like soy milk and tofu. I had estrogen-driven breast cancer and checked with my oncologist about soy safety. She said the same as you – it's not a health concern in any way. I've continued to include soy in my diet and have been cancer-free for 6 years. 🌱

  6. I know you mean well, but this message is irresponsible. You should eat whatever you want in peace, but saying it's good for you is irresponsible. Do more research.

  7. Yes… soy is bad for you.
Is DOES increase estrogen production — which is why women with hormonal type cancers are told to stay away from it, it’s not for no reason, most of the time it is genetically modified — which is a whole other discussion but not a positive thing like you may think, a LOT of people are allergic or at the very least sensitive to soy, it’s inflammatory, high in omega 6’s, which can cause your omega 3:6 ratio to be WAY OFF and be the starting trigger for all sorts of thyroid based hormonal problems, blood sugar problems, mental fog, and on and on. So the short answer is YES.

  8. I agree with you. The only thing that is questionable in my mind is that it is a commodity traded in the stock market and there for I have doubts there is true organic soy out there. Just a conclusion I came to from my research.
