  1. the silicone spatula which is one of the most useful kitchen tool since the invention of the pot is painfully missing from here and derfinatrely one billino tinme more important than juice squeezer (for an example)

  2. Great video. There's a better way to zest a lemon. Put the tool on top, so you can see how much of the peel is coming off and prevent from going too deep into the bitter pith.

  3. Totally agree with the rondeau pot, chinois, and a few others. But if you buy a solid potato ricer you don't need to buy a juice squeezer. And rather than an offset ladle, I would buy a Chinese wok ladle. I would also suggest buying a cut proof glove along with the mandolin. Because that's an accident you don't want to happen. Someone else mentioned a bench scraper, and I absolutely agree. One I would add that most people don't, a salad spinner. Not only can you properly wash your salad greens, but you can also help dry items for stir fry.

  4. Sorry but ALL these things are pretty ordinary things to have in your kitchen. Nothing special or amazing to see here. This is more a list of things you need if you’ve never cooked before. 😂

  5. I bought a carbon steel pan and a stainless steel pan. I do 99% of my cooking in the stainless steel one. Carbon steel seemed like a great idea until I figured out that 80% of my cooking has some sort of acid in it.
