  1. Yup thank goodness we are all different and don't have to agree with each other on everything. Pretty much everything you mentioned I happened to like emensely. Its great that you don't have health challenges, ive herd upu more than once in your videos mention that you don't make food based on the healthier factors. Like someone mentioned in a comment "to each his own"
    🙏🤙

  2. I thought this was going to be vegan informative. These are just things she doesn’t like. 😂 Not saying some people won’t agree but it’s subjective. I am not a fan of coconut but some of the other items can be so good to me if used correctly.

  3. Hi everyone! I know many of you are on a weight loss journey, and I want to share something that might be helpful. I’ve written a veggie recipe book now available on Amazon and its called Quick and easy veggie, filled with healthy, delicious meals that support weight loss. It’s been a great resource for me, and I hope it could be useful to you too!” Thank You.

  4. I have coconut allergy so I can’t have anything with coconut as a dairy substitute lol. As for chocolate I always prefer the dark ones (which the majority is vegan by coincidence).

  5. I would recommend Endangered Species brand chocolate, not all of their chocolate is vegan friendly as they do have cow’s milk chocolate as one of the options. I would recommend their oatmilk chocolate baking chips, they can replace cow’s milk chocolate chips in any recipe and if you want to you can eat them by themselves as they are delicious enough

  6. I have never tried tempeh and won't buy it until I do.
I prefer almond milk, but I do see use for oat milk ( to drink, it's too thick for me). I also prefer dark chocolate 😊

  7. Too each their own. I respectfully disagree with all of this as a long time veggie. I went vegetarian in 2000 and vegan in the early to mid 00s. I was so excited by beyond meat etc at first and it's still good but now I'd rather just go back to bean burgers but they're so hard to find anymore. Yes,i know i could make them sometimes i do. I like the taste of almondmilk. Soy milk is so so gross. Oat milk is weirdly so much more expensive so almond milk it is. (No,i won't make my own milk)

  8. Better things I eat that are vegan even though I am not. I hope everyone is making homemade seitan and seasoning it like chicken before flouring and frying. My ice cream is ripe banana with enough plant based milk to get the blade moving. Cucumber sushi dragon roll. It is everything bagel seasoning, salt, and decorate it with Sriracha. No mayo on my version, never was. Burger are portobello mushrooms on huge buns with lettuce and tomatoes. Egg scrambles with the vegan sausage, peppers, spinach, and vegan egg. Lentil soup with vegetable stock, bay, potatoes carrots onions. Chickpea curry with potatoe, carrots, onion, and peppers over rice. I don't like all the processed foods cause whole foods taste amazing however Boca burgers chopped up are better than some of "crumble or ground" products that are available. Chop it well for tacos or spaghetti. Freeze vegan yogurts and eat with spoon. Simple protein lentil pasta with white beans and garlic. Sauce, garlic onion and spinach with spiral pasta. Blended cashew with garlic and onions for flavor tossed with pasta. Stuffed zucchini boats with a savory bread stuffing with veggies.

  9. She is wrong on everything. First major thing not to buy in the United States is processed foods. Vegan nut milk only has about 3% of nuts in it so, where does the taste come from. It comes from chemicals.

  10. Gurl, love your vids. I'm kinda the opposite with the black bean burgers. I was done with them when they were the only option, but I'm finding I want them more now. Maybe it's because I have had some bad experiences with these fake meat ones.
