Yup thank goodness we are all different and don't have to agree with each other on everything. Pretty much everything you mentioned I happened to like emensely. Its great that you don't have health challenges, ive herd upu more than once in your videos mention that you don't make food based on the healthier factors. Like someone mentioned in a comment "to each his own" 🙏🤙
I thought this was going to be vegan informative. These are just things she doesn’t like. 😂 Not saying some people won’t agree but it’s subjective. I am not a fan of coconut but some of the other items can be so good to me if used correctly.
Hi everyone! I know many of you are on a weight loss journey, and I want to share something that might be helpful. I’ve written a veggie recipe book now available on Amazon and its called Quick and easy veggie, filled with healthy, delicious meals that support weight loss. It’s been a great resource for me, and I hope it could be useful to you too!” Thank You.
I have coconut allergy so I can’t have anything with coconut as a dairy substitute lol. As for chocolate I always prefer the dark ones (which the majority is vegan by coincidence).
I would recommend Endangered Species brand chocolate, not all of their chocolate is vegan friendly as they do have cow’s milk chocolate as one of the options. I would recommend their oatmilk chocolate baking chips, they can replace cow’s milk chocolate chips in any recipe and if you want to you can eat them by themselves as they are delicious enough
I have never tried tempeh and won't buy it until I do. I prefer almond milk, but I do see use for oat milk ( to drink, it's too thick for me). I also prefer dark chocolate 😊
Too each their own. I respectfully disagree with all of this as a long time veggie. I went vegetarian in 2000 and vegan in the early to mid 00s. I was so excited by beyond meat etc at first and it's still good but now I'd rather just go back to bean burgers but they're so hard to find anymore. Yes,i know i could make them sometimes i do. I like the taste of almondmilk. Soy milk is so so gross. Oat milk is weirdly so much more expensive so almond milk it is. (No,i won't make my own milk)
Better things I eat that are vegan even though I am not. I hope everyone is making homemade seitan and seasoning it like chicken before flouring and frying. My ice cream is ripe banana with enough plant based milk to get the blade moving. Cucumber sushi dragon roll. It is everything bagel seasoning, salt, and decorate it with Sriracha. No mayo on my version, never was. Burger are portobello mushrooms on huge buns with lettuce and tomatoes. Egg scrambles with the vegan sausage, peppers, spinach, and vegan egg. Lentil soup with vegetable stock, bay, potatoes carrots onions. Chickpea curry with potatoe, carrots, onion, and peppers over rice. I don't like all the processed foods cause whole foods taste amazing however Boca burgers chopped up are better than some of "crumble or ground" products that are available. Chop it well for tacos or spaghetti. Freeze vegan yogurts and eat with spoon. Simple protein lentil pasta with white beans and garlic. Sauce, garlic onion and spinach with spiral pasta. Blended cashew with garlic and onions for flavor tossed with pasta. Stuffed zucchini boats with a savory bread stuffing with veggies.
OK, a stupid video about your preferences how privileged you are, and how YOU have a ton of options…OK I didn't need to expend brain cells watching this
She is wrong on everything. First major thing not to buy in the United States is processed foods. Vegan nut milk only has about 3% of nuts in it so, where does the taste come from. It comes from chemicals.
Gurl, love your vids. I'm kinda the opposite with the black bean burgers. I was done with them when they were the only option, but I'm finding I want them more now. Maybe it's because I have had some bad experiences with these fake meat ones.

Thank you! I hate dark chocolate and could only find non-dairy dark chocolate chips at my store for a tofu mousse that I made tonight.

love black bean burgers and love dark chocolate
Admitting that you actually like Soy Milk and Milk Chocolate is so FREEING!!! Thank you!
😂
Almond milk is also super bad for the environment, requiring tons of water, tons of pest control and lots of imported bees which die very quickly.
I love to eat tempeh raw with some soy sauce

Oh my goodness!! Someone else who hates tempeh like me!
‘It’s gross’… wow… calling another countries staple ingredient gross is wild behaviour.
I have coconut allergy so I can’t have anything with coconut as a dairy substitute lol. As for chocolate I always prefer the dark ones (which the majority is vegan by coincidence).
🤔
I love almond milk. And oat milk isn't very good for me & my health conditions.
I have a thyroid condition, so shouldn't have soy until hours after taking my meds. And I'm actually allergic to oats. So I prefer almond milk.

All true !!.. But Vegan Forever 🌱
I relate to the first three but I LOVE dark chocolate
I love dairy queens vegan dilly bars. They’re dark chocolate coconut milk and so good.
Lol! Omg you're spitting truth!
some of these you have a point..!
she had bland taste
I think you might not realize that this makes sound super sheltered and like you don't know how to cook.
Heavy on the black bean burger can go to hell 😂😂😂
Jesus loves you please repent❤️
Here here on the dark chocolate!!!! Tempeh – yuck!!!!
You sound like a child with baby taste buds
Classy broad!
STOP Being a vegan
Tempeh upsets my stomach really badly so I don't eat that either lol
I agree about the tempeh. The texture is so wrong.
I have never tried tempeh and won't buy it until I do.
I prefer almond milk, but I do see use for oat milk ( to drink, it's too thick for me). I also prefer dark chocolate 😊
I miss black bean burgers. Impossibe and beyond meat burgers are just so gross to me

I’m so with you on all of the items!
Love almond milk, tempeh, dark chocolate and black bean burgers!
Sick of black bean burgers and DARK chocolate 🙄 as well
Love your open honesty👏
Ive honestly hated bacon since childhood. Ppl always ask me if I miss it lol

I was expecting her telling us unhealthy food she’s avoiding, not her telling certain foods are gross…
You can’t go wrong with milk chocolate
She is wrong on everything. First major thing not to buy in the United States is processed foods. Vegan nut milk only has about 3% of nuts in it so, where does the taste come from. It comes from chemicals.
I agree but I also love all of the things on this list 😅 oat milk is superior tho
Gurl, love your vids. I'm kinda the opposite with the black bean burgers. I was done with them when they were the only option, but I'm finding I want them more now. Maybe it's because I have had some bad experiences with these fake meat ones.
Well… I’m allergic to cashews, soymilk and oatmilk so there is that. They are all high FODMAP foods that I react to. 😢
