Wow , a culinary video which I actually understand!
I've never heard of a spice grinder but I have heard of a coffee grinder. Can they be used interchangeably? Obviously you wouldn't want your pepper or mustard seeds or any other non-desert spice tasting like coffee (i.e. after grinding coffee) but what if you used a never before used coffee grinder? Just as powerful or less? Cheaper or more expensive? I seen it very quickly in the video but what I seen reminded me of a coffee grinder. I just don't want to start grinding cinnamon in the coffee grinder if it can't take it. Obviously I can look and do the research, but just wanted everybody else's input/suggestions. Thanks ~ from a fresh subscriber and passionate new home kitchen chef.

Having done all these habits to varying degrees for decades, I can endorse their utility.
Such a good video. And I remember once asking my mom to taste something I had made. She looked at me and said, 'Well, I put salt in what I make.' Point taken.
THANKS FOR THE INFO 💝
Great tips/video TY for your x.
Can someone please expand on filling the Bain Marie with water and putting clean utensils inside. I understood having them readily available important but why the water?
