California Pizza Kitchen. Bbq Chicken Salad. It is delicious and I have been eating it for decades. It is gorgeous too. The crunch of the Jicama is so good cause it’s wet. It’s cold. If the salad is cold, the Jicama is cold and it doesn’t have any flavor. So it literally will take on the flavor of whatever you’re making. Whatever spices and seasonings you’re working with, it will tastes exactly that way, except, it will have a burst of water. Little bit.

in indonesia sometimes you also eat fried cassava with sugar or sambal (chili). its really good!

Here in brazil it's called "mandioca" or "macaxeira" or "aipim" it depends of the state, it's very good in very difent dishs, but fried it's the best way to eat it. I love it.
