I make the vegan Bisquick waffles but I use 1/3 cup apple sauce to replace the egg. Chef's kiss.

Do you ever use yeast in your waffles? This was how we always made ours, haven't seen that on veg channels much…are you yeast free?
This was a super fun battle of the waffles lol. Having to eat gluten free I was worried when you were comparing outside that world. Normally you would compare with other gluten free waffles, so I appreciate that you were not too hard on the GF one. My favourite growing up was Bisquick (sooooo good), so I cringed when you were putting it up against GF. hehe.

The amount of batter and cook time for waffles are according to the waffle maker you use which explains why most recipes leave that out.

When someone doesn't eat sugar they may not want to eat agave or maple either, because it causes sugar spike.
Noone calls it a liquifier I don't know why they said that! Liquidiser maybe but the other word is just wrong

For the most part I honestly don’t like sweet and savory so the third waffle would be a hard no for me
In spanish we call blenders "liquadora", so technically that means liquifier translated litterally.
