Gordan said he put in salt, pepper and a touch of smoked paprika. The herbs were obviously fresh thyme leaves. You didn't season like Gordon, and you guessed far too little seasoning was added to the flour for anyone to taste it. I'd say Gordon would have been close to winning this.
