To the people saying to leave the carrot in you have problems. Sure if you dont like waste pull it out and eat it as is. But leaving it in will alter the flavor in a not so good way. We want to extract its juices specifically and not incorporate its fibers in the sauce neither will it help with the texture.
I respect not wasting. But not at the cost of lowering quality and taste.

my mom is gluten free and found a way to make lasagna so she could eat it. she makes gluten free crepes as a substitute for pasta, idk if she found it online, but i think it's cool and you can have crepes for breakfast the next day if you have leftovers
This is a real question, not shade– why make meatballs just to mash them up in the sauce later? Why not just brown those three meats and add to the sauce? Looks yummy, never used oven ready noodles before, but I'll give them a try π
