When i get vegan cheeses that dry out, i drizzle or spray it with some oil before cooking. There are these nifty oil pumps that turn regular oil into a spray. But. Thats just me.

Pls buy yourself a pizza peel and leave your baking stone in the oven! You don't need to risk burning yourself by greasing your stone if you put down a bit of cornmeal underneath the dough (for easy transfer), plus you're losing all that heat!! <3 <3 just wanna see vegan pizza excellence

hard to find the really good vegan cheese but I will be looking for the gusta products for sure You guys ROCK .
The trick with (especially) vegan pizza cheese is that it has to touch the sauce to melt properly. So you have to put the vegan cheese directly onto the sauce and then cover it with the toppings. Melting problem solved.
