On that breakfast sandwich try adding a generous helping of Earth Balance on both sides, melt a piece of Violife or Chao cheese, and put a generous amount of Trader Joe's Salsa Verde on it. It's delicious that way. I was also really surprised that the Gardein sausage patties are better than the Impossible or Beyond on a breakfast sandwich. I assumed they would be better, they aren't. Trust me, it's delicious. The Salsa Verde makes all the difference. I kept seeing people by 8 jars of that stuff, that's what made me try it and I'm very glad I did. I would try that next time. 🙂

When i google mungbeans the ones that comes up are more green than yellow and according to google mungbeans and yellow lentils aren't the same thing. So I guess what you mean is that I can use either yellow lentils or mungbeans? 🙂

I'm not sure if it's in Canada, but Just Egg now has a frozen folded egg, and it's awesome.
