  1. Caramelization not carmelization. Spelled right, said it wrong. So many "chefs" mispronounce this word. If you get the little things wrongs, how good are you with the really important stuff?

  2. I going to try making Risotto for the first time this week, just going to use this video as my instructions. Hopefully I get it down cause I really want to do Lobster or Crab Risotto

  3. Arborio rice to make Risotto. This guy gives some good hints but just makes the basic rice without mushrooms, chicken, or other things you can put in it. Andrew really likes it but like I said, I’ve never made it. Sounds good. There is a recipe on the rice container.
