Katie bar the door!!! I made the sauce for mac and cheese, and omni husband said, "This isn't bad. I could eat this." Then went on to say if I made his tuna and pea casserole with it, that would be okay. Small steps.

I used the cheese sauce to make baked mac and cheese… turned out great! I just mixed it a bit of melted (vegan) butter and topped it with veggie parmesan cheese 🙂
The cheese sauce is AMAZING! Such a guilt free recipe too! I made it with a diced jalapenos and spinach and brought it into my office, I didn't tell anyone it was vegan. They ate it all up loving it, then told them after! :-O Always most fun to do.
