  2. All I have is 2% and some heavy whip cream- could I make a combo of this for the buttermilk portion? I can cuddle it w lemon as well- just don’t want the whipping cream to do something strange !

  5. Somehow if something is visually appealing it tastes so much better. Thanks for the helpful advice and new recipe for shortcake biscuits. I always just make mine in a 9 inch round cake pan. This is so much better and I’m sure, tastier.
