All I have is 2% and some heavy whip cream- could I make a combo of this for the buttermilk portion? I can cuddle it w lemon as well- just don’t want the whipping cream to do something strange !

Im gonna try this on my next day off. Definitely some different elements here than the usual, like the simple syrup, the mashed berries, the eggs in the biscuits, the grating of the butter. I can’t wait to try these things out. Thanks for being so awesome , Chef 👏.
