  1. I just discoverd your channel a few days ago…where have you been my whole life! Today I made these meatballs and never knew the simple meatball could be so good. I did them in the oven for 25 minutes and then put them on broil for 2 min. I ate 3 of them before dinner was even served. Perfection!

  2. My Italian DNA!!
    I feel the same way!
    I’m subscribed to your channel!
I wish I would have paid more attention to my Nonna’s cooking growing up!

    Best meatballs ever!

  3. Just made these with some ground Texas venison.
    Absolutely delicious.
Had some fresh eggs from my buddies yard.
    Served over Rigatoni.
SImple and easy. Tender and flavorful.
    Winner as always.

  4. Really getting tired of cooks/chefs claiming their recipe is the best recipe ever! I haven’t even watched the video and I know it’s not since you have no basis to make such a claim! Too bad really. I liked your channel before you started playing those games with your video titles! Let the content speak for itself!!

  5. Mr. Parisi, I’m with you on everything but the rosemary Rosemary has no business being near Italian or a Sicilian especially a Sicilian meatball that’s blasphemous the Panasonic is fine

  6. 1, I would not use so much bread.
I use some seasoned bread crumbs
    or seasoned croutons.
2, I would not use so much sausage.
    maybe 1/2lb.
    3, what size eggs?
    4, Italians seldom use
    Rosemary in their
    meatballs.
    Outside that okay.🍝

  7. I finally got around to making the meatballs. And, let me just say my wife LOVED them. She talked about them the entire night and loved all the spices included in the recipe. Mad props to you on this one!!

  8. These really are the best, I’ve made these several times and my family loves them. I usually make a double batch, freeze some and send some home with family because they love them so much

  9. If you’re a great cook, you need to cook for a crowd as people will eat like there’s no tomorrow. I know, I’m a good cook and a great baker. I can’t decide what kind of cake to bake for a party next week so I’m making chocolate with cream cheese frosting (requested), German chocolate with coconut pecan frosting, strawberry with cream cheese frosting and a French silk pie. The guests will be thrilled. Today I’m baking a small banana cake with cream topping fortified with cream cheese to hold its shape. I’m going to use extra creamy cool whip because it’s just for me and I don’t mind.
