When you preheat the oven to, place a pan of hot water on the lowest level of the oven. Bake as instructed. Take the pan out and Flip the bread over 10 minutes before the end. The bread will be crunchy if you like it that way.
Nothing worse than someone who posts a video of a recipe with a link to a ad congested blog post about the recipe. Just POST IT IN THE DESCRIPTION! No one cares why you started baking or how you found out about baking bread.
Ok that was great π can you do another one this time showing where the process can be interrupted, and then taken up later when all the family get home? I like to pre-prep everything and it's super useful to know when I can either put stuff in the freezer for later, or fridge or whatever so I can do the final cooking later. That's how I do 90% of my cooking (and I bet I'm not alone π)
So far my favorite bread recipe yet. I'm wondering if this can be baked in a traditional loaf and how long it should be baked if so. Thanks for all your videos, they are wonderful and make cooking so much easier and more fun.
We don't use sugar, also there is too much water our bread even in industrial don't look like this inside, not saying Its not good ! But Its not looking like a baguette in the inside, but a bit on the outside yes but Its not crispy and there is no holes on the inside
You have to put the dry then the wet, and a bit less water and you will have a true french baguette !
