    Great great videos and lessons! I have noticed that you quite often deglaze your iron pans with wine and make tomato sauces in them. Aren’t you afraid of it would damage the seasoning??? I a lot of people have told me that it’s almost illegal to use acid on iron pans… Haha πŸ™‚ Looking forward to see more videos.. πŸ™‚

  3. Sort of, starts out very similar with eggs poached in spicy tomato sauce, the served over fried tortilla with eggs and suace, topped with shredded cheese avocado and sour cream
