Please get the stuff from Modena, Italy for this, and the more aged, the better. If you can’t afford much, buy in small quantities, but buy the good stuff. It tastes completely differently when reduced.
I love balsamic vinegar! However, a good bottle is upwards of $200. Please be more specific. I bought a bottle that was aged for 4 years & I’m pleased with it.
The European lady who I buy my EVOO and balsamic from said to put it on ice cream… guess I didn’t believe her
What is the difference between balsamic reduction and balsalmic cream? from France.
Thanks man!
Thank you, Chef Billy Parisi.😊
Wow! Thanks! I'm definitely going to try this.
I put on my 6 minute eggs and my fried chicken. Soooooo good.
After you left the Wild horse, we had a grilled chicken dish with an orange balsamic reduction on it that was fire. I don't think that was your dish…
Tamarind pulp mixed with a little bit of brown sugar and water. Reduce it in a similar way and try the result.
Add a drizzle to good quality Extra Virgin Olive oil, drop some shaved hard parmesan cheese in and dip warm French bread..fantastic!

How about the price?! How you justify that other than ask for an increased price which is already most probably high?
Client retention wise…
Awesome drizzled on pizza!

In those days, it was drizzled on EVERYTHING. And the main was always braised ox cheeks – with balsamic reduction…. 😄😬
I agree! I recently made a beef stroganoff and the balsamic reduction took it to a new level!
I bought it premade at the store. Maybe not quite as good as homemade, but really easy and very tasty.
😮 WOW! 😮
