I followed the order of ingredients from the website. it seemed easier but the video allowed me to see how it looks.
I made this tonight and it was wonderful. A friend suggested that I was not allowing the tomato puree to fully cook and therefore they were still like raw spinach. Anyway I followed your recipe to the letter and it turned out so good. Thank You!!!! You cook Indian comfort food!!!!!
Dear Manjula, I am so happy that I found your channel. I even took the challenge to open an account so I can comment. I am in love with Indian food, although I am from Austria (Europe) and was looking for good recipes with good instructions all over the web. After a lot of searching and finding some recipes in German (native language of Austria!) I started to cook. It tasted good, but not as good as in Indian restaurants. So I figured I could find something on youtube. And I found you! 🙂 I am so glad, that you show all the ingredients at the beginning and explain everything step by step. Thank you so much for taking your time and making those videos for "us". I already cooked the Palak Paneer and couldn't be happier about the result.
