  1. remove Italian seasoning and use a sofrito.
    Still lazy, just much better.
    could also use 80/20 ground pork.
    ground veal is a good addition too.
    Mix of all 3 is big brain.
    Finish with fresh basil.
    if you like spice, Calabrian chilis in evoo,
    drizzle oil and chop a pepper on top.

  2. Looking soooooo good!!! 🀀 will definitely try it! As for the authenticity I think the biggest difference is that in Italy they NEVER put sugar to the tomato sauce. (Not Italian but used to live there)
