  2. Beautiful. My mouth is watering. Mexicans use onions in the salsa, why did you not use onions and could we? Also slight garlic would be great too. When get off my fast I will make this, minus the fried tortillas. I bake my corn tortillas.

    Your recipe is really nice.. You can use Cabot brand cheese which is 100% vegetarian and very famous all over US.
    It comes in different flavors and very tasty. You can grate 1 packet of white and 1 packet of yellow cheddar and use it.

It looks something similar to the Dorilocos(Doritos brand tortilla chips)or the Tostilocos(Tostitos, round corn chips)that street vendors sell over here but yours besides being more colorful is healthy.
