Amazing recipe. I marinated it overnight and used a wok to cook it. Had sweet rice, stir fried veggies and kimchi as sides. Perfectly seasoned and flavorful. My new go to for Bulgogi. Thanks for sharing!
Itโs a must try recipe!
Can you re-use the marinade?
just finished cooking this recipe,, a must try indeed , I substituted pears and prunes for apples and plum extract DELISH THANKS ๐๐๐
What is better to use, pear or apple?
Don't I need to use ginger?
I have a 2 lbs. piece of brisket laying in my freezer which I bought for another recipe then changed my mind. Too cold outside for grilling these days so I will use your recipe but stir fry the meat.
Do you think it works? Your thoughts would be much appreciated chef.
Can you reuse the marinade?
Yum was thinking what you could serve with this. Like maybe some Chinese ramen noodle. I'm thinking about doing this for super for my hubby. We've been married for 21 yrs and I've never been a great cook. I would really like to Excell in the kitchen and wow that sweet hubby of mine.
I have all ingredients except the plum extract. Can you add plum sauce instead, or fresh plums? I have both.
Made this last night for dinner. Family absolutely loved it. Thank you!
can i use frying pan instead?
Hello Chef, I'm doing Bulgogi with 30lbs of boneless chicken thighs. I drew the short straw and I am preparing the meat for a 50 person wedding party. Would you just do the math and increase the amounts? Or do you have a tip that could help me blow these people away?
So does this mean kimchi is next…? Please…?๐
Wow it looks delicious ๐ as Korean, I was pleased to watch it. If you have sesame oil, itโs nice to add in ur sauce or drizzle a little but at the end (more Korean style) Thank you for sharing this!
I think Iโve found my new favorite channel!!! My hubby loves Bulgogi, always orders it at restaurants. I love cooking homemade recipes so I will definitely try this one for him. Thank you!
I am a new subscriber and am binge watching your channel!!! Love it!!!
Hey Chef Billy, how would I go about making this marinade if I didnโt have a blender? Is there any way I could do it?
Can i ask what the name of the plum extract is? I would like to buy it so i can cook this dish ๐
now you got me salivating! I want this so badly!
Your videos inspire me to cook what I think I canโt. Thank you.
This is my 'go-to' when ordering something at a new restaurant that has this on the menu. Gonna give it a shot at home. Thanks!
Gonna be sending this over to my roommate Paul. He canโt make Bulgogi to save his life. ๐
Best video yet! Hands down.
love it
Bulgogi๐ฎ!…YES๐๐๐!!!
I was told to add thinly sliced white part of the big green onion (tokyo negi) when stir frying. They donโt have much bite to it, but apparently they absorb the excess marinade and become super tasty. Will try this recipe for sure. I love Korean food. Thanks, chef Billy.
I've never made or ate it. I will make it tomorrow
That beef looks delicious ๐๐
to reduce sugar amount , you can blend onion or Asian pear(help meat tender) with other ingredients:)
