I tried this recipe but my paneer was kind of bland from inside. Can you tell me why? I noticed you didn't marinate paneer so was you paneer soaked with all the flavors?

Tried this recipe for the first time today….so delicious. I believe I am going to try it with very firm tofu for a vegan recipe. The sauce is so tasty and I love the ginger-flavor and onions and peppers.
