  4. Leave out the potatoes, add a vegetable or two and I will have myself a lovely Keto Frittata. For the family I can also make hash browns and add them in with the ingredients; my family loves the "simply potatoes" brand of hash browns. Sorry chef, sometimes I have to cut corners. Thank you for this recipe. My mind is racing with all the possible combinations.
