Have to share ,, while I was regrouping from ovarian cancer I decided I needed to up my cooking skills to shift my mind pass the heavy things ..I followed Many of your receipts like a proper class ..I have to admit I feel very confident now to say I am a great cook I have many dishes on my roster I tell many people this story and they alway want to know who I followed and I tell them you I definitely went to the you tube university to learn many techniques and dishes ,, it’s so exciting to learn a new skill and to dream about what I am going to make next. 😋
