Please, for all that is holy don’t wash your chicken. If your chicken is dirty enough to warrant you washing it just throw it out. You are putting that in a multiple hundreds of degrees environment, any microbe or bacteria that can survive that is powerful enough to survive soap. Also washing poultry will more than likely spread the juices around your sink, which could actually make you sick long after you finish up.
One of my favorites. We keep this on rotation in my house. Sour cream, guacamole and rice on the side.
