I use hiya. It filters out most of the scammers calls. To me it sounds like a scammer cuz they made you wait on hold. Maybe you was bored that day and saw your picture and decided he'd have a little fun. Anyway the hiya app will show you reports other people have done.
There are other apps like it out there that do the same thing.
If this guy really just had this incredible urge to call you up and say these things, it sounds a little weird that you had to get on hold. Maybe he has a big famous star that has people call for him and then once they get ahold of the party they give the phone. If that's the case that's really sad.
