  1. Gurl let just say thank you for the rice paper bacon recipe!!!! I have been back and forth with being vegan. But I have never tried any of the bacon recipes because I always felt like I would be disappointed. Bacon and I go way back!!! I just could never betray her!!! Until now!!! Girl when I tell you I just about ate the whole batch by myself!!! ( Ooops tmi) I was in heaven!!! It’s crunchy, It’s chewy!!! It’s savory!!! It’s EVERYTHING!!! Watch what I’m saying somebody is going to start making this and selling it in the stores!!!

  2. So basically you vegans failed to make and replicate the one thing people love to eat with a burger or with eggs and pancakes and sausages in the morning and even with rice skin, it didn't work or look like bacon at all. Where's the fat, where's the oil, skinny vegan masculine lady, do you see this, there is a crispy, but there is no fat at all and looks dry and burnt, overly burnt.

  3. You should try to dehydrate the daikon first before you marinade it. that way, it will absorb more marinade. then roast it in the oven (with a light brushing of oil on it to help is crisp up)

  4. Can the rice paper one be frozen and reheated, like in an air fryer? I feel like if I did all this prep I would want to make a big batch lol. My toddler is transitioning and he wants mock bacon all the time but the ones at the store are like 7 dollars for 8 strips 😅

  5. I know I would have loved the rice paper and tofu bacon 🥓. Easy and to make and very tasty. I liked the vegan drink mix. Are you still selling your vitamins? If so, where can I get them and do you have one specific for men? Thanks so much!!

  6. @Edgy Feg, Candace, I just detest maple syrup touching savory food. I could not stand it touching my sausage, bacon, and eggs as a kid, because it overwhelmed their flavours. Egg whites are not supposed to taste like syrup. Losing the rich taste of their yolks when dipping bacon or toast pissed me off. Pancakes need a separate plate.

I tried sauce stache's shaved coconut faux bacon recipe, which calls for over-doing it with smoked paprika; it was almost inedible.

I have a question, tho: Why is it that LightLife Smart Bacon and Kroger/McCormick bac'n buds both come out so well, while Morningstar Farms (yet to have their last product go without egg whites, btw) is like play-dough, and Sweet Earth is like… um… kinda disgusting, because it is like they soaked someone's athlete's foot skin in in brown sugar? I want a savoury bacon that isn't fussy, that tastes like bacon, to the end that I could fool friends with it, like Morningstar Farms breakfast sausage patties can. I don't want candy, maple, nor so much smokiness it gags one. While ham seems to be easy to mimic, bacon, not so much.

Oh, and what's with the Beyond products always smelling the same "coming out" as they do going in? I find that really disgusting. Whatever that odor is, it is NOT something I associate with meats. It's in their burgers and faux chicken. I don't want to cook something that smells the same before I eat it as it does "later on…" Love your content, and thanks for being receptive to people's suggestions.

  7. I tried tempeh yesterday for the first time since you said it was gross and it’s DISGUSTING!!! I thought it had went bad when I opened it since it has visible mold. I baked it with tamari sauce & whole wheat flour it was GROSS I couldn’t even swallow it. I feel bad for the oven that it wasted an hour of baking. I don’t like anything with mold, like blue cheese
