Wow so simple n yummy 👏
Super easy and delicious, thank you!
I am impressed! I grew up eating collards my whole life , but have never seen it like this! ❤
Just tried this. It came out delicious! Now I can easily include collard greens in my cooking without having to figure out how to deal with its difficult taste.
I save all of my collard greens stems (any tough greens stems) and freeze to add to smoothies. It is delicious!
What is collard greens known in Hindi?

Canyouuse green chili's instead of red?
I really wonder where u managed to get Collard in Tamilnadu
Delicious recipe. My wife loved it.
What is the collard green vegetable called in hindi please?
Yum ; very tasty Manjula! I had some collards on-hand and wondered if I could find a recipe using some Indian spices. My wife hid the dried red peppers from me, but I had some fresh/frozen red peppers that worked fine. I'll have to cut the salt in half next time, but I'm just sensitive to it because I usually do reduce it. Thanks so much for sharing. This is a definite keeper.
It turned out so great! Loved this recipe 👌
Love your recipes…been a fan for 2 years now. Thanks
She NEVER cook stems ok cuz THEY take LONG
Collard greens take LONG to COOK
i find that the american (Georgia style) collard greens don't fry up that well. or at the very least, they cannot be fried too long as they go tough.
What is it called in hindi ?
Love your recipe auntie
collard greens name in telugu .can any one tell me ?
Going to make this tomorrow!! So simple and easy and fortunately, I have all the ingredients! I'll update once done. 🙂
Thank you aunty for this simple recipe:)
Manjula, I normally watch this video to remind myself of the recipe, and I love it. Today, however, I used the recipe on your website. Since you don't specify that the leaves are large in the recipe, 1 tsp was too much salt. 🙁 Please edit the recipe on your website to reflect that the quantity should come out to 4 cups, and that we should adjust the salt accordingly. I'm pretty sure I'll never make that mistake again. 🙂
