medium and low and such are kinda meaningless to me. Wish more cooks would tell us what the surface temperature of the frying pan should be instead.
Loving the flip however I don't want to eat my egg off the floor ๐
Is sunny side up basically raw yolk then?
Thanks Chef! I know that I should be a pro at frying eggs, but every time, theyโre different. Now I know why. Small adjustments change the egg completely! Itโs never too late to teach an old dog new tricks. Wellโฆ 60 is the new 40, so not so old!
Nothing with a li'l brown on your fried eggs. But if you can cook to all levels of doneness with zero brown, you have mastered fried egg temperature control.
Coolies, thank you Soo much fer the great tips an info!!
Just watching you, I realized Iโm not putting enough oil in the pan. Thank you so much !
Got lost like 3 three minutes in ๐
But still helped a lot

Video: How to fry an egg perfect every time!
First egg: Burnt.
What advice would you give to someone who only has access to an electric glass top stove?
Eggs should definitely not be kept in the fride – room temperature always.. Thanks for the content.
Nicely done!
dont flip eggs
Hello. Where is the link to the green pan?
I was taught to break an egg on a flat surface. And IMHO that brown fried stuff would turn an egg into dog food. So to be harsh.
The method I've worked out is cast iron pan, plenty of bacon fat, medium-low heat; never make an egg say "ouch". I'm not a great flipper, so I just flip hot fat over the top of the egg to finish the top side. Works for me!
I can't digest the crunchy parts of the first one, but the second one looks perfect to me! And my husband will go for the 3rd. Great demonstration of those 3 types of fried eggs.
I would have liked a printed title over each finished egg.
Also, I was taught to cover the sunny side up egg to avoid raw egg white
You are the perfect teacher!!
Too much oil ๐ญ
What pan do you use. I couldnโt find the link
Chef I am going to order the Green pan, just making sure it is the right one. The description says aluminum. the link is here:

Best
Dude, I learned nothing new or specific. ๐
My favorite blacking cooks eggs perfectly every time.
Over medium. Best egg ever.
Can you do a video discussing wooden cutting boards and their care and usage. Im particularly curious about cross contamination when cutting raw meat and then chopping veggies. Does it need to be washed in between? Also how to clean a wooden cutting board while preserving the wood. Also which wood is best for a cutting board.
Perfection ๐๐๐
