  1. Manjula, I am making this dish right now! First time ever! I only wish I saw your video and recipe before starting a different one I had bookmarked earlier. The one I'm doing has ajwain in it and I'm discovering I quite don't like the flavor!

  2. Hi — wouldn't the dough just cook up in the gravy? Do you really need the pre-boiling step? I've seen other besan dumpling dishes, where the dough is just dropped by the spoonful into a simmering sauce. Thanks.
