  1. Made this tonight and it was a huge hit. My eggs must have been smaller or my flour drier because I needed 7.5 eggs. I would probably just use 8 next time if the eggs are the same size.

  2. Iโ€™m a widow, no children. I wish some of you chefs would put in measurements for 1 (one). Or even 6, for freezing purposes. I have a kitchen aid, so can mix well then by hand.

  3. Hi, Im planing to do this recipe for tonight, could you tell me please if I make the pasta in the morning and planing to cook it at night same day, do you recommend to let it air dry or is better to make it and freeze it? Thanks

  4. 1. Not sure about this "chef" tucking his ears under the ball cap he's wearing backwards, both dick/dork moves. 2. Salmonella is on the egg shells so cracking them against each other is like double jeopardy, crack them on a flat surface, but not on the same surface you're preparing food. 3. No other demo videos I've seen have made the dough and then refrigerated it for 30 minutes and then just started rolling it. You should let it rest (on the counter) for 30 minutes for the gluten to form or you can refrigerate it for a day or so for later use but you need to take it out and let it come back up to room temperature before rolling it. 4. I've never seen anyone but this "Chef" not cut the dough into halves or quarters before rolling and also haven't seen any of them not flour the roller and dough let alone seen them go from the zero setting to 3. Not sure this guy knows what he's doing, he was probably thinking about playing Pokemon Go when a real chef was teaching this subject.

  5. I wished that you could be a little more specific about your recipe. All eggs are different in size. Large, medium, extra large, or small. Could you specify what size egg you used in your recipe?
