  1. I've never cooked with msg before 😂 but I saw some at the local Asian grocery store so next time I'll be sure to pick some up, along with the oyster sauce! I knew I forgot something when I was shopping there for a double decker steamer to make char siu bao 😅

    Mix the sauce and herbs etc together, and after that put it on the meat for marinating.
    Its the only way to mix everything perfectly.
    So many other cooking channels do the same mistakes you did in this video.
