  1. How about using sweet marsala wine instead of sparkling wine for the zabaglione? My grandfather was a chef in Chicago back in the day. He taught me to make it that way.

  2. Yea…the pronounciation gets to me too. I'm Italian American; Italian was spoken in our house growing up. I guess I thought with a name like Parisi, the pronounciation would be correct. BP is still an amazing chef, but maybe not so much as a linguist. That said, thank you for a lovely recipe Chef. 😊

  4. I just had a couple questions. Can I toast the croissants before cutting them? Can I replace the cherries with dried blueberries? Or maybe dried cranberries?
