  3. This is THE BEST recipe for rice pudding! Can’t wait to try this today! Also, he’s a practical encouraging chef! Love this guy. He believes in us! That’s what I need.

  4. I'm glad to discover your recipe and channel today. I appreciate your comparisons of recipes. Relieving me from doing so. I can relate to your story about your mom using the leftover rice for rice pudding when you were a kid. My mom used up the stale bread baking bread pudding. I grew to like it. I will try this rice pudding recipe. Thank you,

  5. Ever since I started making it my parents keep on demanding it. I am quadrupling the recipe now, because it does not last long enough. I started to soak the raisins in rum or cognac. Make half with regular raisins and half with the boozy ones, both delicious 😊😊😊 I have also tried it a couple of times with the vanilla bean, cinnamon stick, cloves, cardamom, and star anise…simply sublime! Oh, and don’t forget the lemon or lime zest to brighten things up😊😊😊

  6. I just made this and I can't begin to thank you enough! I've made different puddings in the past including my nonnas recipe and this is by far thee absolute best I've ever tried. The only thing I did different was to add a bit of lime zest and ohhhh man!! Boom!! Thank you good sir. 😊

  7. I just made this and I think my stove is a bit weak because after 25 mins of cooking it on low it was still like a soup, I had to raise the temperature a little to thicken it up and as a result the grains are still a little bit crunchy … The flavor though is absolutely perfect, just the right amount of sweetness. I'll adjust the temperature to suit my stove next time and I'm sure it will turn out perfect. Thank you for the recipe!
