  1. Not that this wasn't tasty, but adhering to the chef's techniques , we found the final product just OK. With all the different prepared additions, kind of thought the flavor would be a bit more robust.

  2. Usually when someone celebrated their birthdays in the Philippines they cook pancit to give a long life for the celebrant. I love this and it's really delicious. Thank you for sharing this recipe.

  3. All I can say is that a lot of oil hahahaha …
traditional pancit recipes don’t cook it like that. First, you fry the onion and garlic, then add all the meat. After that, pour in chicken stock , and when it starts boiling, add soy sauce and all the spices. Taste it, and when it’s ready, put in the vegetables, then the noodles last.

  4. I'm not sure about that celery, traditionally celery is not part of any pancit recipe afaik, and also you forgot one ingredient that is really part of any pancit variant the liver

  5. Pancit is one of my favorite meals of all time. For me, I like the carrots cooked longer because I prefer more of a roasted carrot texture instead, not quite crunchy, but not mushy, that perfect in-between, but that’s just me.
