  1. I had these at a street festival in Kyoto and I think they were the best fries I’ve had in my life. I love potatoes and unhealthy amount, and I didn’t know potatoes could be that good.

  2. Literally every potato recipe on this channel –
    1 – cut potatos into small cubes and boil
    2 – Mash the potatos and add ____Starch
    3 – Make it into a different shape everytime
    4 – Fry them and that's it

  3. In Southern India we have the same, except we call it Murukku, and the dough is of various kinds pressed through various kinds of mould in a compressor. Essentially, each kind of Murukku has its own specific dough recipe with different grains and spices, pressed through its specific mould, and deepfried.

    Its a very common snack too.

  4. The fries themselves look incredible, my only compaint is the toppings, i personaly would toss them is some melted garlic butter and sprinkle parmesaun on them, crispy, garlicky, cheesy, perfection
