Top quality content delivered in Billy's accessible inspiring style. I can’t wait to try making this. 😊
My husband always says, "babe your cooking is so much better than any restaurant out there!" I love that he loves my cooking. I take the taught fundamentals and apply it to all my cooking. ❤️
Sometimes I do like to eat out to give myself a break from the kitchen lol
Your voice sounds a bit like Remy from Ratatouille! Great recipe, merci!
You suppose to let it rest on the plate you gonna serve it on so you can collect all those juices on the plate and use it on your fries…hahahaha
How do you keep your cuffs clean and dry?
You have no idea what you’re doing.
Better to use avocado oil or clarified butter, than olive oil, whose smoke point is really too low.
Whip it real good! Dun, dun dun, dun dun dun, dun, dun dun dun dun……
👍🏻
DATE: JUNE 7, 2022 TIME: 11:14AM IN SIMPLE TERMS, STEAK-FRITES IS BASICALLY STEAK WITH FRIES. I'M HONEST ❤️ THIS IS USUAL. TIME: 11:16AM
Looks great. I'm planning on making this tomorrow. I think I'll pour the steak juice over the fries when they're done.

I really like this channel
Belgian dish! Not French!!!!
Is the olive oil extra virgin? Or extra light olive oil?
From what I heard olive oil does not have a high smoke point.
How do I prevent my house from being a smokehouse when I cook this?
One time my friend told me to zest a lemon, so i used a microplane, then he stopped me and said "that's not zesting, that's microplaning". So is there really a difference between the two or was he just being a perfectionist?
Steak from a pan is so much better than from a grill/broiler.
What about, if you take Greek Jogurt instead of the Butter, cause it would be less fat.
Don't blame me. 😉 Butter is delicious, 😊 but I prefer for my sauce greek (because of less water in it) jogurt. 👍
ps.: I like that you take green onion, I like it also allot, with cheese it taste delicious. 😊
Billy,
I made this for my wife before I had surgery, as I knew she deserved a nice meal before I became a husband-baby. It turned out so good and I am enjoying your recipes and videos. Thanks for sharing your talent with us. My wife loved it.
Now I just need a sweet apron to continue the passion.

❤️❤️❤️
Love it.
WITH ALL THAT BUTTER, YOU'RE PROMOTING A HEART BURN
it's 3am and i wanna do this rn
I love fries, these are fabulously mesmerizing, happiness for me it the opportunity to eat my weight in the fries.
I love I will make it thank you God Bless 🙏
May I suggest a lemon juicer?
Why risk the hassle of fishing out the lemon seeds that no doubt would fall in when squeezed with hand?
I feel like this is from binging with babish
omg that looks so GOOD! but you missed that: you need to remove as much water on this fries as possible
My mom makes fries like that, and its amazing!
I made your fries today in three batches to try different lengths of time and crispyness on the second fry and salts (our favorite was Lawry's All Season Salt). I even triple fried my first batch since I didn't cook them long enough and that was our favorite batch. Only after dinner did my wife notice on FB that today was national fries day 😂 How fitting and you are so right, better than any fast food fries out there according to my 12 and 9 year old boys 👍. You got my sub!
Song name
I can't wait to make this and dig in
Whenever I try to make steak it comes out so bloody unless I cook it for a really long time but at that point it's way overcooked
First of all I gotta say your videos are amazing, probably the best cooking videos I've seen online you should have WAY more followers. I made this recipe tonight and it was incredible 👌 a few notes if you're making this for 2 people (date night)
2 steaks and 4 medium russet potatoes is the correct amount, I don't have a deep fryer so I used a pot and a thermometer, the problem is that when you reach 300 degrees, as soon as you put the raw cold potatoes in the temperature goes down to 200, and it takes way more than 3 minutes to cook the fries, so either raise it to 400 before you put them in or give them a lot more time. It's usually easy to tell if they're done by the color.
I definitely am going to make this
You’re killing me! Looks fantastic!
Killin it – again!,,
