  1. Thank you for highlighting the fact about the use of Pimento wood. So many people don't know this. The taste of the Jerk that is cooked over Pimento wood is so different from when you just use charcoal.

  2. Smokeless pits in the hills hiding from the former enslavers…..they could eat and still be safe. European slaver master can’t see smoke, I good 😊 I guess they are well 🤔☺️
