Can Mirin be a substitute for Rice Wine?
Reminds me of my mothers cooking. She has also taught me a lot of traditional Indian recipes which I keep on trying. Hope I succeed in her footsteps.😍😍
a legend who commented on my vid
Sure this is great but way too many ingredients and ones that are not necessarily readily available at your Walmart or Kroger.
better to have proper measurements
This was incredibly delicious! 😋 thank you very much for the recipe!
I've read that boiling the meat makes it taste so much better. Also, I followed a vegan chocolate chip cookie recipe from this channel and they came out soft and chewy. They were comparable to the (hufe) soft and chewy cookies that Costco bakery used to sell. So im gonna follow this pork belly recipe 😋
Mine didnt come close to this .not even red
hi, am a food vlogger from KERALA.

So I DON'T need yellow rock sugar???? 🤨
Soy sauce is brown. Brown sugar is… brown. So where tf is all the red coming from? Lol
Boil in water for how long?
Ingredients?

Ye kis chiz ka gost h
Yum! 🤤
I’m not sure what part of pork I used but 45 mins was way too long and mine turned bitter. Any idea what I did wrong ?
Where can i bought a rice wine??
Shimmer 45 mins 🤯
Add Chinese 5 spice, garlic, ginger and a bay leaf and then it’s ‘Chinese style’.
What might be the reason that the brown sugar doesn’t caramelize as evenly as in this video? Could it be the relative molasses content in the sugar? The brown sugar I used stayed granulated for quite a while.
What are the ingredients used in the final cooking?
asado
That looks good
BEAUTIFUL! Straight forward and to the point
what kind of wok is that?
Very like
I just made this but instead of water at the end I added the leftover stock from earlier and it turned out great!
In the Philippines you can call it a adobo
Is it rice wine or rice wine vinegar
Nah dude u missed out the most important ingredient. Rock sugar, its less sweet than other sugar and is used in red braise and brown sugar just isnt doing it
