  1. Does the freezing of the aquafaba impact the juice's ability to produce stiff peaks when whipped?
    Does it change anything about the structural integrity when the juice has been frozen?

Sorry can’t follow someone who is against killing animals but is ok with abortion.. seriously I could understand vegans if their feelings on life meant all life but to most it is just selective caring… at least when ppl eat meat it is to survive… 99% of mothers end their babies lives bc they r considered inconvenient

  3. The equivalent of one egg is about 3 tablespoons of aquafaba, 2 tablespoons are about the same as one egg white, and 1 tablespoon is around the same as one egg yolk

  4. Interesting, using aquafaba not just from chickpeas, also from beans, knew it makes vegan cool whip but now I know, thanks to You, it makes great vegan egg whites.😊
