8-12 mins to normally cook spaghetti on the stove, comparing to 18-20 mins in a microwave. Ok, you could add another 10 mins on the stove to let the water boil , so it will be 18-22 mins (or even less if using induction plaque that is faster to get water to boil!) comparing 18-20 mins in microwave. Is it really worth it? I don't think so…unless you only swear by microwave cooking (I only use mine to reheat plate, making popcorn, or cooking frozen plates, or defrost meat).

Instead of spending 10 bucks on this, spend your money on pasta and just use a glass bowl. You wont get those toxins from the plastic in your food either. but heck.. if u are using a microwave to make your food you prob arent worried about that kinda stuff 🙂

There’s a problem: the one you bought doesn’t have the steamer basket or extension ring. You’ll miss our on a lot of the recipes.
If you don't have a stovetop but have access to water in some form or another and a microwave, sure this might seem like a good choice. But I doubt most people don't have a stovetop in which case this product is pretty useless.
