  1. I gave up making breaded pork chops years ago because the breading never stayed on. Since I started doing his method of flour, egg, then breadcrumbs, the breading sticks like glue! I add a little Hungarian paprika to the flour and love the flavor it gives.

  2. We make thick cut chops weekly. My game changed when I started doing a 4hr water, salt, sugar brine from noon to 4 and then wash, season, and cook. It makes a world of difference!
